Censuring Joe Wilson: Worth It?

HOWARD MEGDAL: There are a pair of reason why I am happy to see that the House has rebuked Joe Wilson for his historically coarse “You lie!” heckle during President Obama’s speech. One is cynically political, the other is idealistic.
